All personal information given to our On - Line Shop is completely encrypted and secure at all times. No funds will be withdrawn from your account until Design Glass has emailed/faxed you with the cost of Delivery Charges and we receive confirmation from you to proceed with the order. We will hold all orders for a period of two weeks after this time your order will be cancelled.

DELIVERY - FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
When ordering from outside Australia we investigate and choose the cheapest option for shipping on your behave. Please don?t forget to leave your email address or fax number so we can contact you with Delivery Charges on your order.

AUSTRALAIN DELIVERY
Design Glass can supply your products delivered to your home or work place via Australia Post. Orders are usually processed the same working day and are dispatched either that day or the next working day depending on the time the order was received when purchasing with your Credit Card. Payment by Cheque/Money Order will be forwarded once your payment is received and cleared.

CURRENCY AND GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
All amounts shown on the Design Glass website are in Australian Dollars. All international orders must be paid by Credit Card.

All goods purchased incur a ?Goods & Services Tax? (GST) . Please note that freight charges also incur GST. All prices quoted on our Website INCLUDE GST. International Clients DO NOT pay GST.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
PLEASE NOTE: All products out of stock WILL NOT be placed on back order and must be re - ordered at a later date. The cost of theOUT OF STOCK ITEM will be deducted from your payment and credited to your account before shipment.

UNPACK YOUR ORDER
Check each item in the box against the invoice. If merchandise appears to be missing, carefully check through all the packing material. It is easy for small items to disappear in the paper of packing material.
You may find small items taped to a larger item or placed inside another product box for protection.
Please note we take great pride in our packing department - your order will be collected by a member of our team who will check it against your original order, it is then checked off again by another member of staff when packaging. Both Staff members sign your order. This double checking reducers discrepancies. You will notice your invoice is intitialled by both staff members.

MISSING ITEMS
Please check to make sure all boxes in your shipment have been delivered. If there is more than one box in your order we will write the number of boxes as follows on the delivery label: The first box in a two box shipment will read BOX 1 OF 2. The second box will read BOX 2 OF 2. Allow an additional business day for all boxes in a multiple order to arrive. If you are still missing an item please phone, fax or email us so that we can arrange to replace the missing goods. All claims must be made with in 7 days of receiving shipment.

INCORRECT GOODS SENT
Merchandise other than sheet glass, glass products, lead,books chemicals and paints may be returned with in 7 days for a refund or exchange of goods.
Please phone, fax or email Design Glass for a Return Authorisation Number. We cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise returned or freight incurred without prior knowledge. Always include a copy of your invoice, the product and your Return Authorisation Number with your instructions for an exchange or refund. If we have sent an incorrect product you may return it by insured mail and we will reimburse your postage. All returned products must be in a new resalable condition, with original boxes, instruction sheets etc. On inspection of the returned goods Design Glass will then ship the correct product at our expense to you by return mail or give you a credit. All claims must be made with in 7 days of receiving shipment.

DAMAGED GOODS
Merchandise other than sheet glass, glass products, lead,books chemicals and paints may be returned with in 7 days for a refund or exchange of goods.
Please phone, fax or email Design Glass for a Return Authorisation Number. We cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise returned or freight incurred without prior knowledge. Always include a copy of your invoice, the product and your Return Authorisation Number with your instructions for an exchange or refund. Always check each box being delivered to you for obvious damage. We make sure that all merchandise leaving our warehouse is in good condition, however damage can occur in shipping. If you receive damaged goods please have the delivery person note the damaged box. If when opening your shipment find that products have been damaged please inform us immediately. Design Glass packages glass and glass products with added care, but takes no responsibility for minor breakage. On receiving your shipment and glass breakage is excessive please contact us. All claims must be made with in 7 days of receiving shipment.

UNWANTED GOODS

Please phone,fax or email Design Glass for a Return Authorisation Number. We cannot accept any merchandise returned without prior knowledge. If you wish to return undamaged goods that you ordered, you can do so within 7 days of its receipt. The product is to be in its original, unopened packaging, you must include a copy of your invoice and note your Return Authorisation Number. All freight costs back to Design Glass are at your expense. When the goods are received and inspected, you will be issued a refund less a 10% restocking /Handling Fee or a minimum charge of $5.00.

Delivery refusals are treated as UNWANTED GOODS and incur the same charges.

Please choose your products carefully as our policy is strictly followed with no exceptions. Design Glass has designed its ON - LINE SHOPPING store to help you know what you are ordering by providing a picture and short description and a larger picture with additional information to prevent ordering errors.
